Staff are well motivated and provide a warm friendly support network with 75% of the staff hold NVQ2 and above.

There is high morale within the team. All staff receive full training in all areas of care; they are supported and monitored at all times to ensure a strong positive team is in place.

Staff, are understanding, discreet, flexible and understanding of individuals changing needs.

Domestic and kitchen staff are highly conscientious and motivated, providing the homely atmosphere within the home. All meals are cooked on the premises with fresh ingredients grown in the raised vegetable garden attended by residents and the homes gardener, Mr Roger Hudson who has been with the home for 23 years.

Individual's dietary needs and requests are catered for and a healthy optional menu is available.
